Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dry mango 2 cup
  2. Ginger thinly sliced 1/4 cup
  3. Garlic thinly sliced 1/4 cup
  4. Green chilly sliced 5number
  5. Methi powder 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Chilly powder 4 tablespoon
  8. Gingely oil 1/4 cup
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Hing a pinch
  11. Jaggery syrup 2tablespoon
  12. Salt 1tablespoon
  13. Vinegar 3tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add dry mangoes and add boiling water
  2. Let it soak for 30minutes
  3. In a pan add oil add mustard seed
  4. Add curry leaves, ginger and garlic and saute well
  5. Add green chilly and salt
  6. Add chilly powder, turmeric powder , methi powder and hing
  7. Strain water from mango
  8. Add mango in the pan and saute
  9. Add half of the strained water
  10. Add jaggery syrup
  11. Add vinegar and switch off flame
  12. Mix well and let it cool
  13. Store in a dry airtight container
