Take 1 bowl of medium hot green chillies and wash it and dry it.
Now cut them into long slices.Keep aside.Now take 1 1/2 tbsp Oil and heat it till medium hot switch off the stove.Now add 1/4 tsp Hing,1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1tsp Salt,1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper,1 tsp Saunf and mix this all.
Once it's all like warm add 2 tbsp of Rai Kuriya (Mustard Dal) and 1/2 tbsp of Vinegar.
Mix everything nicely then add After it cools down add chopped Green Chillies and mix it well.
Now your Fresh Green Chilli Pickle is ready.You can keep it in fridge and it can be fresh for 4-6 weeks.
