Chutney made from roasted tomatoes.

Tamatar ki chutney

Ingredients to make Tamatar ki chutney

  • tomatoes - 3
  • onion - 1
  • garlic cloves - 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • green chillies - 2
  • mustard oil - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to make Tamatar ki chutney

  1. Wash and clean all ingredients.
  2. Heat a iron tava on gas.
  3. Put tomatoes on tava.
  4. Cover it with a bowl.
  5. Roast tomatoes on low flame till they become soft.
  6. Peel off tomatoes.
  7. Mash roasted tomatoes with masher.
  8. Cut onions finely.
  9. Cut green chillies finely.
  10. Peel off garlic and chop finely.
  11. Wash and cut coriander leaves.
  12. Add all these in boiles and mashed tomatoes.
  13. Add salt and mustard oil.
  14. Mix all well with spoon.
  15. Roasted tomato chutney is ready.
