Use this for pizza and pasta
Nice one.
Take tomatoes and cut plus sign
Blanch ,peel and deseed tomatoes and finally chopped.
Now take a wok and heat the oil
Add garlic
Add onion and saute
After two minutes add tomatoes and all spices
Mix well and cook till all the water reduces
Now off the gas and let the mixture cool
Now take a mixer jar and add the mixture and make a paste and use as you like
