Ankake is means food covered with starch juice..its stir fried food rice is covered with starchy soup kind..its irresible dish

  1. Fried rice::Cooked rice 1bowl
  2. butter 20gms
  3. Chopped spring onion half cup
  4. Chopped carrot half cup
  5. Chopped French beans half cup
  6. 1tsp soya sause
  7. Mutter half cup
  8. salt half tsp
  9. pepper half tsp
  10. Venigar 1tsp
  11. Tasting salt 1/4tsp
  12. For omlete::
  13. 2 eggs
  14. Salt1/4tsp
  15. pepper 1/4 tsp
  16. Milk half cup
  17. Ankake soup::
  18. butter 10gms
  19. Cornstarch 2tsp
  20. Chopped garlic half tsp
  21. Spring onion 2tsp
  22. carrot slices half cup
  23. cabbage finely slices half cup
  24. salt half tsp
  25. pepper half tsp

Instructions

  1. Fried rice::heat fring pan add butter
  2. Once it melts add garlic then all veggeis
  3. Keep statue veggies once it's soften
  4. Add soya sause,tomato sause,pepper,venigar,salt
  5. Tasting salt add one by one once seasoning mix up add cooked rice
  6. Keep mix up ..take out to a bowl turn up on a plate
  7. For omlete::take a bowl break down eggs on to bowl
  8. Add salt,pepper,milk beat together well heat fring pan
  9. Pour gently on to pan fri both sides
  10. This omlete should cover to fried rice..
  11. Edge should be cover look like something is in inside
  12. Then carrot soup::heat another pan add butter
  13. When it's melts add garlic fri then add carrot,spring onion,cabbage on it
  14. Mean while take a bowl put cornstarch add water mix well lumpfree liquid
  15. This liquid pour into pan add water. As required
  16. Add salt,pepper,tasting salt keep boil once it get bubbling
  17. Pour on top of dish garnish with spring onion ready to serve.
  18. Ready to serve fried rice Ankake soup
