Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Garlic small 3 pods or big 20numbers
  2. Shallots 5numbers
  3. Red chilly 8number
  4. Tamarind a gooseberry size (small)
  5. Gingely oil 5tablespoon
  6. Mustard seeds
  7. Hing

Instructions

  1. In a pan add 1tablespoon oil and saute onion garlic and chilly
  2. Let it cool
  3. Add tamarind,salt and hing to the mixture and grind to fine paste
  4. Pour 4tablespoon oil in pan add mustard seed and saute chutney
