ABOUT Nutri Kebabs RECIPE

Made with nutrela and chana dal, crisp from outside and soft from inside.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chana dal (horse gram) - 1/2 bowl
  2. Nutrela chunks- 1/2 bowl
  3. Bread slice -2-3
  4. Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
  5. Green chilli- chopped according to taste
  6. Garam masala-1 tsp
  7. Salt according to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil chana daal in pressure cooker till soft. Sieve it and keep aside.
  2. Boil nutrela .sieve and wash it.
  3. Cut the sides of bread slices.
  4. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients properly and make soft dough. adjust the consistency of dough with the help of bread slices
  5. Give it shape of your choice and fry it in medium hot oil till crisp and its colour changes.
  6. Use kitchen towel to absorb extra oil.
  7. Serve with green chutney or sauce.
