ABOUT Greek Salad RECIPE

A healthy salad loaded with the goodness of olive oil and fresh crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onion - 1 medium
  2. Tomato - 2 medium
  3. Cucumber - 1 small
  4. Sliced pitted Olives - 3 tbsp
  5. Sliced Jalapenos - 2 tbsp
  6. Crumbled cottage cheese - 2 - 3 tbsp
  7. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  8. Oregano - 2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely slice the onions
  2. Deseed the tomatoes and quarter them.
  3. Cut cucumber into cubes.
  4. Cut the jalapenos if the slices are too big. Use brine preserved jalapenos.
  5. In a bowl place the onions, tomatoes and cucumber. Add the olives and jalapenos. Add crumbled cottage cheese, salt and oregano. Drizzle olive oil and toss.
