Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bell pepper yellow 1-(slice in half length wise
  2. Onion 1-chopped
  3. Soya granules-1/4cup (soaked in water )
  4. Oil tsp
  5. Cooked brown rice -1/2cup
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Boiled peas -1/4cup
  8. Cheese -3tsp (you can use any cheese )
  9. Chilly flakes -1/4tsp
  10. Pizza mix -1/3tsp
  11. Black Pepper to taste
  12. Chopped Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a pan add water and bring to a boil
  2. Drop peppers in the water and. Boil for five min
  3. Remove from the water and let it be cool
  4. In a another pan add oil add garlic and sauté it Add chopped onion and sauté it for 2min
  5. Now add soaked soya granules and cook for two min
  6. Add salt pepper pizza mix chillyflakes and mix it well
  7. Add boiled peas and cooked brown rice and chopped tomatoes and simmer for ten min on medium flame
  8. In a baking tin spread 1/1cup of the crushed tomatoes and then line with the pepper
  9. Now add a filling in each pepper and sprinkle cheese on the bell pepper Bake the bell pepper at 200 c for 15min or until the cheese has melted and enjoy this yummy stuffed bell pepper
