Very easy and healthy dish, it is very good for all time. All time favorite for all age people.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup moong dal sprout
  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  4. 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  5. 2 chopped green chilies (optional)
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp black salt
  8. 2 tsp lemon juice
  9. 2 tsp tamarind chutney
  10. Pomegranate, fresh green coriander, sev for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Add sprout, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilies.
  3. Add black salt, black pepper,
  4. Add lemon juice
  5. Add tamarind chutney, mix it well
  6. Garnish with pomegranate, coriander, sev
  7. Serve
