Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs -2nos
  2. Tomato- 2/3os
  3. Salt and sugar as per your taste
  4. Chopped onion -half cup
  5. Chopped garlic 1 teaspoon
  6. oil 1 tbsp
  7. vinegar 1 tablespoon
  8. Chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
  9. corn flour 1 tablespoon
  10. water 1 & 1/2 cup
  11. Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
  12. Black pepper powder one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First take a pen add oil, once oil is hot add chopped garlic.
  2. Then add chopped onion and fry well.
  3. Next add chopped tomato mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Next add tomato Ketchup mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Then take a bowl at corn flour and water mix it well
  6. Then add corn flour water mix it well .
  7. Next add sugar and salt as per your test,black pepper powder mix it well,& cook for 2 mins.
  8. Take two eggs in a bowl & whisk it.
  9. After 2 minutes Start pouring beaten eggs and keep on stiring continuously & cook for 2 mins.
  10. After 2 minutes at vinegar, chopped coriander leaves mix it well and switch off the flame.
  11. Serve hot.
