Ingredients to make Veggie Breakfast Burritos with Cheese

  • 2-4 medium-sized wheat tortillas
  • 2 potatoes
  • pepper-Jack Cheese - as much as you need
  • Roughly chopped shallots - 1 cup
  • Fresh Salsa - 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt, to taste
  • Sliced Green onions - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander leaves - More herbs, more taste

How to make Veggie Breakfast Burritos with Cheese

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add chopped potatoes and boil until soft.
  2. ADD a little butter to a hot saute pan
  3. Saute roughly chopped shallots for a few minutes, garlic is good too.
  4. Add the boiled potatoes with some cumin, turmeric and salt.
