Paneer Kheer

Ingredients to make Paneer Kheer

  • Full cream milk 1 kg
  • paneer 200 gms
  • sugar 5-6 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tbsp
  • saffron few strands
  • mango cubes 1cup

How to make Paneer Kheer

  1. Boil full cream milk. Allow it to simmer over slow flame till it reduces into half.
  2. Add crumbled paneer and cook till milk becomes thick.
  3. Add sugar and cook for some more time.
  4. Add powdered cardamom powder and saffron strands.
  5. Let it cool. Refrigerate for at least half an hour.
  6. Garnish it with sliced mango.
  7. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Soak saffron in luke warm water for better results.
