Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup chicken broth 1
  2. 1/2 cup shredded chicken
  3. 200 g canned corn kenrnes
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 2 tbs corn flour
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 tbs soya sauce
  9. 1 tsp chillie sauce
  10. 1 tsp vinegar
  11. 1 beaten egg


  1. Place , chicken broth,corn,soy sauce, chille sauce, garlic, chicken and corn flour paste, salt ,and black pepper, boil all together in a sauce pan over high heat.
  2. When soup start boiling turn down the heat to medium.
  3. Adjust seasoning with salt.
  4. Slowly add beaten egg ,and keep whisking, so it's Cooks in 'ribbons' through out the soup, add vinegar.
  5. Boil 3 to 4 minutes after turn off the flame, serve hot.
