Ingredients to make Mango Cheese Cake

  • 150 gms marie biscuits
  • 400 gms condensed milk
  • 2-3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp powder sugar
  • 200 gms cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup hung curd
  • 1 pkt fresh cream
  • plup of 2 big mangoes
  • 1/4 cupdark chocolate and 1/2 cup white chocolate compound

How to make Mango Cheese Cake

  1. Take base ingredients, marie biscuits and grind to a powder.
  2. Add melted butter and powder sugar with powder biscuits.
  3. Make a dough type, set a base in a dish.
  4. Press it into a spring form tin nicely and evenly with the back of a round katori.
  5. Put it in fridge to set.
  6. For filling, take soaked gelatin in a non stick pan.
  7. Cook until it melts on slow flame.
  8. Add mango pulp, cook for 7-8 minutes until thick.
  9. Add 1/4 cup of white chocolate compound melted with gelatin mix.
  10. Take a sieve, add gelatin and mango mix pass through it to remove mango threads.
  11. Add condensed milk and cream cheese and fresh cream, mix in the sieved pulp.
  12. Take out the base mould from the fridge and pour it over the chilled base.
  13. Chill it till it sets, for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  14. Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate compound in microwave for 20 seconds.
  15. chocolate hearts: First spread dark chocolate in a thin layer on parchment paper.
  16. Take a fork, draw lines with it on chocolate, cool for 10 minutes.
  17. Now spread white chocolate on dark chocolate in a thin layer. Cool and cut out heart shapes with cookie cutter and chill.
  18. decorate the cake with chocolate hearts before serving.

My Tip:

take 1 cup mango pulp and 2 tbsp sugar, heat up and make a mango sauce.
