Ingredients to make Lucy Chicken burger

  • 4 pieces juicy pieces broiler chicken
  • 4 burger buns (sesame or plain )
  • 1 Big potato
  • 1 Big carrot
  • 1 big red onion
  • 2 spring onions
  • A slice of brown whole wheat bread
  • Cubed Mozzarella 100 grams
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • SAUCES -- Honey mustard,Tomato ketchup,Barbaque sauce
  • Cheese sauce and 8 to 8
  • Lettuce leaves
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli and cumin powder mix
  • Garam masala
  • 2tspn ginger garlic
  • Pinch of Nut meg powder
  • butter asap
  • 2 eggs
  • oil to shallow fry

How to make Lucy Chicken burger

  1. Boil chicken pieces with salt ginger garlic paste and garam masala. Cool chicken and shred. Boil the potato, cool & peel
  2. Grate Carrot. Cut onion rings. Cut tomato slices thin. Keep veggies in fridge till arranging burgers
  3. Make mash of chicken shred, potato and bread slice. Add all dry spices salt pepper red chilli cummin and pinch of garam masala here too to chicken mash
  4. Make 4 patties on your palm. Keep a cube each or more of Mozerella cheese in each and form flat patty as shown. Beat egg and dip each patty. Heat oil, shallow fry patties and drain on kitchen towel.
  5. Now slit the burger buns not to detach fully if possible. Apply butter brushing both sides. Keep lettuce on one side place onion rings, carrot shred and spring onions on base bun
  6. In these keep the chicken patty. Keep slice tomatoes on this and dress with all sauces random as shown in display picture. Close the burger.
  7. Enjoy with baked chilli potato wafers
