Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Two radish cut into small pieces
  2. One tea spoon panch phoran( mustard seed, Cummin, fennel seed, fenugreek seed,black cumin)
  3. Turmeric powder half tea spoon
  4. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  5. Fennel powder one tea spoon
  6. Mustard powder one tea spoon
  7. Vinegar half tea spoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Mustard oil two table spoon


  1. Take a wok and put mustard oil and add panch foran
  2. Add radish and salt
  3. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder
  4. Add fennel seed powder and mustard powder
  5. Add vinegar and pickle is ready to eat
  6. Serve with roti or rice
