Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cauliflower - 1 kg
  2. Onions - 2
  3. Tomato - 2
  4. Bay leaf - 1
  5. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
  6. Haldi - 1 tspn
  7. Chilli powder - 1 tspn
  8. Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
  9. Black pepper powder -1/2 tspn
  10. Garam Masala - 1/2 tspn
  11. Garlic -4
  12. Salt
  13. oil
  14. Water

Instructions

  1. BOIL THE CAULIFLOWER FOR 5 MIN WITH SALT.
  2. ALLOW IT TO REST. NOW STIR FRY THEM IN OIL
  3. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND LEAVE ASIDE.
  4. HEAT OIL, ADD ONIONS AND SAUTE
  5. MEANWHILE TAKE ALL THE MASALA IN A BOWL, ADD SALT
  6. ADD WATER AND GARLIC AND LEAVE ASIDE
  7. WHEN ONIONS TURN TRANSLUCENT, ADD TOMATOES, COOK TILL THEY BECOME TENDER, ADD LITTLE SALT
  8. TRANSFER IT TO GRINDER, AND FORM A PASTE.
  9. HEAT OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS, BAY LEAF AND RED CHILLI
  10. ADD THE MASALA MIXTURE AND COOK FOR 5 MIN
  11. COOK TILL IT TURNS BROWN
  12. NOW ADD THE GRINDED ONION TOMATO PASTE
  13. ADD GREEN PEAS AND COOK FOR 10 MIN
  14. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  15. WHEN IT STARTS BOILING, ADD THE FRIED GOBHI
  16. COOK FOR 2 MIN, COVER ALL GOBHI, SWITCH OFF
