Cooked moong sprouts and sweet corn tossed in cream cheese and Italian seasoning mixed with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet corn 1 cup
  2. Moong sprouts 1 cup
  3. English cucumber sliced 1 cup
  4. Carrots 1/2 cup
  5. Onion rings of one medium size onion
  6. Cerry tomatoes 6
  7. Lettuce roughly chopped 1 cup
  8. Green cilli chopped 1
  9. Very finely chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  10. Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
  14. Cream cheese 2 tablespoon
  15. White vinegar 1 tablespoon
  16. Oregano 1 teaspoon
  17. Good quality oli for cooking 1 tablespoon
  18. Chopped coriander hand full


  1. Cook sweetcorn and moong sprouts separately with little water. Drain water and keep aside.
  2. In a big mixing bowl take all vegetables add cooked sprouts and sweetcorn.
  3. Add chopped ginger, cilli, salt , vinegar, red chilli flakes and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add olive oil and cream cheese
  5. Mix well. Sprinkle oregano and Italian seasoning mix .
  6. Add chopped coriander and serve.
