SOYA MANCHOW NOODLES SOUP

ABOUT SOYA MANCHOW NOODLES SOUP RECIPE

This is Chinese chunky soup with the wholesome of vegetables along with fried crispy noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 cups vegetable stock
  2. 3 cups boiled soya nuggets
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 tbsp finely Chopped Garlic
  5. 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  6. 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
  7. 2 tbsp finely chopped cabbage
  8. 2 tbsp finely chopped cauliflower
  9. 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  10. 2 tbsp finely chopped carrots
  11. 2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
  12. 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
  13. 1/2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  14. 2 tbsp cornflour
  15. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  16. 1/4 tsp black peppercorns powder
  17. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the soya nuggets.
  2. Fry the boiled noodles.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok. Add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a high flame for a few seconds.
  4. Add the cabbage, cauliflower, capsicum, carrots and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes, mint leaves and coriander, mix well and sauté on a high flame for 1 minute.
  5. Add the soya nuggets and vegetable stock, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the salt, soya sauce, mix well and cook on a high flame for another 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  7. Dissolve cornflour in ½ cup water mixture and pour it in the wok while stirring continuously.
  8. Add the pepper powder and mix well. Serve immediately topped with fried noodles.
