Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 kg raw mangoes
  2. 2 tblspn hing
  3. 1/2 tblspn red chilli powder
  4. 1 1/2 tblspn salt


  1. Wash and peel the raw mangoes.
  2. Now cut them into small slices.
  3. Now take a mixing bowl and put the mango slices in it.
  4. Now add salt, red chilli powder and hing to it
  5. Mix it properly.
  6. Transfer it to the glass jar.
  7. Keep the jar in the sunlight for one or two days.
  8. After two days Hing ka achaar is ready.
