Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm Raw turmeric
  2. 250 mil mustard oil
  3. 3 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Asafetida
  5. 3 tsp salt
  6. 4 tsp crushed mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 2 tsp fenugreek seeds
  9. 2 tsp fennel seeds


  1. Firstly Raw turmiric wash properly by 2-3 times,
  2. Now peel and cut it into small pieces as u like
  3. Rost all spices except salt, and grind it and make course mix
  4. In a frying pan add mustard oil and heat it up it's peak point, now off the flam and let it some cool
  5. Now add spices mix and turmeric pieces in luck warm oil and mix well
  6. Now your pickle is ready to serve, u can store it in fridge
