Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup rice
  2. 1 cup urad daal
  3. Handfull poha
  4. 1/4 cup chana daal and toor daal
  5. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tdp sugar
  8. 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  9. 2 betel leaves
  10. Roasting for oil or ghee


  1. Firstly soak the all dosa ingredients in water 5 to 6 hours. except spinach and betel leaves. After grind the smooth paste.and mix well the batter. after fermented overnight.
  2. Next day morning in a blender take chopped spinach and betel leaves grind this adding dosa batter.as a smooth paste.
  3. Further transfer to the bowl add 1 tsp of sugar and salt to taste then mix well.
  4. Heat the tawa, take a ladlefull of batter and Pour on the tawa and spread evenly. Then sprinkle ghee or oil, roast dosa golden brownish nice colour.
  5. While dosa is crispy and well cooked. Then remove it immediately from tawa.
  6. Finally serve healthy spinach and betel leaves dosa .
