Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cauliflower 150gms
  2. Almonds 20gms
  3. Onion 1medium
  4. Green chilli slices 1tsp
  5. Salt half tsp
  6. Chilli flakes 1tsp
  7. Cinnamon powder half tsp
  8. Cumin powder half tsp
  9. Olive oil 2tsp
  10. Permesan cheese grated half cup
  11. Vegetable broth 1cup

Instructions

  1. Take a cauliflower chopped put hot water leave 2.min strain. Keep a side
  2. Heat the cadai pour Olive oil
  3. Put onion,cauliflower,chilli,almonds onit
  4. Fri for soften as 5mins
  5. Then add all powder on it pour vegetable brouth to cook softly
  6. Keep boil 20 mins
  7. Once it's boiled fully transfer to the blender veggeis
  8. Make fine pulpy like add cheese keep boil it
  9. Finally transfer soup into serving bowl garnish chilli flakes and almond chopped
  10. Serve hot
