Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pumpkin 2 cup (cut in cubes)
  2. Onion 1/2 cup chopped
  3. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Butter 1 tablespoon
  5. Coriander 1 teaspoon for garnish
  6. Milk 1 cup
  7. Salt according to your taste


  1. Heat butter in a pan add onion saute till translucent
  2. Now add pumpkin cubes and salt mix it well.. add two cup of water and cooked till pumpkin become soft
  3. When pumpkin become soft remove it from a pan and keep a side so its become cool
  4. When its cool down grind it in a smooth texture
  5. Now transfer this mixture in a same pan add black pepper powder and milk mix it well and cooked on low flame for 6 to 8 minutes
  6. Adjust consistency according to your choice
  7. Garnish with coriander and serve hot
