Plum chatney is a very tasty sweet & spicy chatney recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Plum - 200gm
  2. Dry red chili -1
  3. Red Chili powder - 1/2tsp
  4. Salt & sugar as per your taste
  5. 5 spices powder(cumin,fennal, fenugreek, mustard,Nigella seeds) 
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2tsp
  7. Vinegar - 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1st cut the plum into small prices.
  2. Take a kadai on oven add water,once water is hot add plum & cook for 5mins on medium flame.
  3. Once plum is boiled add all masalas ,red chili powder,salt, sugar mix well & cook for 4/5 mins.
  4. After 5 mins chatney is done add vinegar mix well, & take out from oven.
  5. Serve it.
