Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  2. Dessicated coconut 3/4th cup
  3. Sweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  4. Milk 3/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add condensed milk and dessicated coconut and mix well to form a soft dough. Adjust the quantity of condensed milk and dessicated coconut.
  2. Shape into mini chocolate bars and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick Kadai. Add milk and bring to boil. Keeping the flame low, add cocoa powder and stir to make a smooth paste without lumps. Once done, let it cool.
  4. Now take the bounty minis from the freezer and roll them in the Coco paste. Take a greased tin and keep the choco minis one by one. Keep in the freezer to set for 2 hours.
  5. Homemade bounty choco minis are ready to eat.
