Gluten free buck wheat noodles, served cold with miso dressing, sesame and Thai basil.

  1. Cooked soba noodles: 2 cups
  2. Sesame oil: 2 tbsp
  3. Miso dressing: 3 tbsp
  4. Thai basil: 12-15
  5. Black sesame to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Cook the soba noodle according to package instructions.
  2. Take a bowl, take cooked soba noodles, sprinkle sesame oil, miso dressing, mix well. Sprinkle black sesame and fresh thai basil, serve.
