Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 green capsicum
  2. 1 small bowl peanuts
  3. 1 tspn salt
  4. 1 tspn black salt
  5. 1 small bowl curd
  6. 1 tspn jeera
  7. 1 tblspn tamarind extract

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and roast peanuts for two mins.
  2. Now roast capsicum also direct on the flame.
  3. Peel the capsicum after roasting it.
  4. Cut them into peices and put it in the jar.
  5. Now add peanuts, curd, salt, black salt, jeera and tamarind extract.
  6. Grind it into fine paste.
  7. But it should be little bit thick.
  8. This dip tastes little bit tangy.
  9. Capsicum dip goes with any snacks, bhel or even with rice as a chutney.
