Instant amla pickle

Ingredients to make Instant amla pickle

  • 250 gram amla
  • 1/2 spoon turmeric
  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch asafoetida
  • 1/4 spoon mustered seeds
  • 2 spoon oil
  • 1 spoon salt or as per taste

How to make Instant amla pickle

  1. Wash the amla and take 2 whistle in cookar.
  2. Let it be cool.
  3. Remove seeds.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan put asafoetida and musterd seeds.
  5. When they splutter than add amla, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder .
  6. Saute for 4-5 minutes on midium flame.
  7. Instant amla pickle is ready.

My Tip:

You can store this instant amla pickle in refrigerator for 7-8 days.
