Any party can't be fulfilled without any dessert and everybody will love this mousse

Orange Mousse

Ingredients to make Orange Mousse

  • For the first layer
  • 2 slice of chocolate cake
  • For second layer
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 table spoon powdered sugar
  • 1 and 1/4 tea spoon agar agar powder
  • For third layer
  • 1 packet of orange jello
  • For garnishing
  • Few mint leaves and dried blueberries and cranberries

How to make Orange Mousse

  1. TAKE OUT THE JUICE OF 2 LARGE ORANGES
  2. BEAT 3/4 CUP WHIPPING CREAM UNTIL LIGHT & FLUFFY
  3. BEAT UNTIL SOFT PEAKS ARE FORMED ON TOP, SET ASIDE
  4. TAKE 1-1/4 TSP AGAR AGAR POWDER, ADD THE ORANGE JUICE, MIX
  5. BOIL SOME WATER, PUT THE ORANGE MIX ON TOP, STIR CONTINUOUSLY
  6. ADD 1 TBSP POWDERED SUGAR, MIX
  7. PUT THE ORANGE MIX INTO THE WHIPPED CREAM, ADD A FEW DROPS OF ORANGE FOOD COLOUR
  8. PUT SOME CRUSHED CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A SHOT GLASS, PRESS DOWN GENTLY
  9. PIPE THE ORANGE WHIPPED CREAM IN THE SHOT GLASSES TILL 3/4 TH FULL
  10. TAP A LITTLE TO LEVEL IT, REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR
  11. NOW MAKE SOME ORANGE JELLY BY FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS ON A JELLY PACKET
  12. POUR THE LIQUID JELLY AS THE FINAL LAYER, PUT IT BACK IN THE FRIDGE TILL SET
  13. DECORATE WITH SOME MINT LEAVES, DRIED BLUEBERRIES & CRANBERRIES, SERVE CHILLED
