Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 grams paneer
  2. 1 medium size capsicum cut in cube shape.
  3. 1 big onion in big pieces.
  4. Red chilly sauce 1 tablespoon
  5. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  6. Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
  7. corn flour diluted in water 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt according to the taste.
  9. Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  10. Green chilly and ginger paste 1 tsp
  11. ketchup (optional) 1tablespoon
  12. oil for tempering.
  13. Chopped spring onion for garnishing 1 tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Then dilute Maida in little water and make a paste of it by adding little salt to it. Now drop paneer pieces 1 by 1 in it and fry till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  2. Then place it on kitchen tissue paper .So that extra oil get obsorbs. Now take a pan and put oil in it. Add garlic pieces and paste of green chilly and ginger.Saute it well till rawness of it goes out of it.Add capsicum,onion pieces in it.
  3. Saute it for 2 minutes on medium flame. Than add soya sauce , chilly sauce ,vinegar ,tomato ketchup and salt in it. Add diluted corn flour. Stir it continuosly and finally add paneer pieces to it. Mix it again and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Finally take out in a dish and sprinkle some spring onion . Now enjoy this mouthwatering dish with ur family and friends
