ABOUT MIX VEG SOUP RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mixed Vegetables ½ kg
  2. Tomatoes 5-6
  3. Garlic (Chopped) 4-5
  4. Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
  5. Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
  6. Cinnamon Powder 1/3 tsp
  7. Vegetable Stock as required
  8. Butter as required
  9. Oil 2 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Chop mixed vegetables finely.
  2. Put tomatoes in lukewarm water, peel it and take out seeds.
  3. Then put in blender, add vegetable stock and make paste.
  4. Now heat oil in pan, put garlic, fry it and add tomatoes paste.
  5. Then add mixed vegetables and cook on low flame.
  6. When vegetables tender, take out in dish.
  7. Then sprinkle black pepper, salt, red chili powder and cinnamon and put butter.
  8. Then garnish with cream.
  9. Mixed vegetable soup is ready.
