ABOUT Carrot pickle RECIPE

Tangy sweet n sour taste of carrot pickle is yummy n make simple rice dal also chatpata .good thing is that it can be prepare by zero oil n can store until one month in air tight container.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 carrot
  2. 1 mango
  3. 1 tbsp methidana
  4. 1 tbsp sauf
  5. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  6. 4-5 red chilli
  7. 1 tsp kalunji
  8. 1 tbsp salt
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 4-5 garlic

Instructions

  1. Take carrot wash properly n cut in 1 inch thickness let it dry completely.
  2. Now roast all masala in medium flame until nice aroama coming .
  3. Take carrot n garlic add masala mix well n add salt.
  4. Take glass jar add carrot mixture n now fill full water .
  5. Rest it 2-3 days n now Ur pickle is ready to serve.
