Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 packets ramen noodles
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 3 spoons soy sauce
  4. 1 cup chopped coriander leaf
  5. 3 spoons garlic szechuan sauce
  6. 1 spoon pepper
  7. 2 spoons peanut butter
  8. 1 spoon jaggery
  9. 2 large red chillies
  10. 2 cups chopped carrot, capsicum , broccoli
  11. 1 large red onion
  12. 1 cup oil
  13. 3 cips water
  14. Juice of 1 lime
  15. 1 cup Peanuts
  16. 3-4 cloves garlic chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop the carrot, capsicum , onion into thin slices
  2. Make florets from broccoli
  3. Take a pan and add water and cook the noodles
  4. When the noodle cooks add some water so it doesn’t stick to each other
  5. Keep the cooked noodles separately
  6. To make szechuan sauce
  7. Fry chopped garlic well in oil and add powdered red chilli and cook for 4-5 minutes
  8. Add 1 spoon soy sauce
  9. Szechuan sauce is ready
  10. To make peanut sauce
  11. In a blender blend peanut butter, jaggery, red chillies and soy sauce
  12. Add a juice of lime now peanut sauce is ready
  13. Take a pan add oil and fry onions ,carrot, capsicum and broccoli
  14. Add peanuts and cook for a minute
  15. Add the cooked noodles, peanut dip and Szechuan sauce
  16. Add the coriander leaves and serve hot
