Seasoned with some pepper and garam masala ,spinach takes a different face off .Great to palate and a meal with some cheese toast served for dinner or supper.Just some milk added to taste,with saute onions in butter.Youd love this one try please.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bunch spinach blanched
  2. 1 spring onion chopped
  3. 1tblspn butter
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 garlic pod
  6. 1 cinamon stick
  7. 1-2 peppercorns
  8. 1/2 cup milk
  9. 1 tspn corn starch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tspn pepper powder


  1. Wash, blanch Spinach,/palak with salt and a garlic pod
  2. Grind to puree
  3. Heat butter in a sauce pan
  4. add cinnamon stick and peppercorn
  5. Add onion chopped saute 1 minute
  6. add salt
  7. add 1/4th tspn Garam Masala
  8. Make slurry with milk and corn starch
  9. Add slurry to the spinach mix stir well on slow flame
  10. Once cooked seive through a mesh
  11. Add to serving bowl sprinkle pepper and serve
