Everyone like Mangoes. This chutney taste is awesome and goes with paratha and any dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Ripe Mango
  2. 1/4 cup coconut milk
  3. 3 tsp Jaggery
  4. Pinch of asafoetida (hind)
  5. 1 tsp red chili powder
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp fennel powder


  1. Peel the skin and roughly chopped mangoes into pieces
  2. Take the mango pieces in a pan and add water until the mangoes gets immersed.
  3. Cook for couple of mins mashing some pieces gently until the mango turns soft.
  4. Add Jaggery to it and mix well until it dissolves. Remove from flame and keep aside.
  5. Heat oil in a pan on medium flame, add hing and add cooked mango puree to it and stir well.
  6. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, fennel powder and mix it well.
  7. Stir well and add coconut milk. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  8. Chutney is ready to serve with any dish.
