Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 cups Yardlong Beans chopped
  2. 1 large Onion chopped
  3. 2-3 green chillies
  4. 1 large Tomato chopped
  5. 1 inch Ginger chopped
  6. 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. Juice of half lemon
  8. Pepper for seasoning
  9. Salt for seasoning


  1. Chopped all the vegetables and keep ready.
  2. In a mixing bowl add all the chopped vegetables
  3. Season with salt and pepper and squeeze the lime juice.
  4. Mix well and serve. Enjoy
