ABOUT Green Mint Chutney RECIPE

It is very popular and easy chutney. It goes with all type of snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves
  2. 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  3. 2 Garlic Cloves
  4. 2 Green Chilies
  5. 1/4 inch ginger piece
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp mango powder (either 1)
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 1 tsp water


  1. Take Garlic, Chili, Ginger and salt in a small chutney jar of Grinder of Mixer or food processor.
  2. Add Coriander and mint leaves, lemon juice and water.
  3. Grind them until desired smooth or medium coarse consistency is achieved.
  4. Delicious mint chutney is ready.
  5. Store it in an airtight container in refrigerator to use it as and when required.
  6. You can store and use it for upto 4-5 days.
