Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 spoon finely chopped carrot
  2. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  3. 2 spoon finely chopped capsicum
  4. 1 spoon chopped beans
  5. 1 spoon finely chopped garlic
  6. 1 spoon finely chopped ginger
  7. 1 spoon butter
  8. 2 spoon cournflour soaked in 1/2 cup of water.
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/4 spoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and put ginger - garlic saute for 1 minutes.
  2. Then add all chopped vegies one by one and saute them for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add 3 cup of water and soaked cournflour ,mix well without any lumps.
  4. Boil it for 2-3 on midium flame.
  5. Put salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
  6. Switch off the gas and serve hot.
