ABOUT Worcestershire chicken salad RECIPE

The best way to make your family happily eat vegetables is to make something so delicious that they keep asking for it. This is a special salad that I make whenever my family and I are craving something healthy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. chicken 800 grams
  2. Chopped capsicum 1/3 cup
  3. Chopped red Bell pepper 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup
  5. Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
  6. Chopped beans 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped spring onions 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  9. Minced garlic 2 teaspoons
  10. Freshly crushed black pepper 1/2 a teaspoon
  11. Worchestershire sauce 3 tablespoons
  12. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  13. Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  14. salt as per taste
  15. Butter 5 tablespoons
  16. Rosemary 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Thyme 1/4 teaspoon
  18. Oregano 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of butter in a pan, add the chicken, some salt and saute until the chicken is cooked.
  2. In another pan heat the rest of the butter, add garlic and onion and fry those for a few minutes.
  3. Add the rest of the vegetables apart from the spring onions. Fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Add some salt and crushed black pepper.
  4. Now add the chicken to the vegetables and saute for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Then add rosemary, thyme, oregano, worcestershire sauce and soya sauce. Mix it properly.
  6. Now add the spring onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Lastly, add the mayonnaise, mix it well and it's ready.
