This bell pepper and cheese salad is very delicious spicy salad very popular in Arabic countries. I am sure you will love to have this tasty, filling and little spicy salad in your breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small Carrot
  2. 1 small green Capsicum
  3. 1small red Capsicum
  4. 1 small piece of fresh cabbage
  5. 1 medium sized Onion
  6. 1 green Chilli
  7. A handful of Coriander and Mint leaves
  8. 100 grams of Cheddar Cheese (cubed)
  9. 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  10. 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  11. 1 teaspoon Paprika or Kashmiri Chiili powder
  12. Salt and black peppet to taste
  13. 5-6 black Olives


  1. In a mixing bowl add olive oil, vinegar salt, pepper and paprika .
  2. Mix and keep aside.
  3. Wash and clean the vegetables and cut in jullienne (thin long strips).
  4. Take a big mixing bowl and add the prepared olive oil dressing.
  5. Add all the vegetables and cheese and mix well.
  6. Also add the herbs.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Adjust the seasoning , cover and keep aside for atleast 15 minutes before serving.
