An easy and tasty Sandwich recipe which can be prepared in a jiffy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Cracker Biscuit - 6
Cream Cheese - 4 to 5 tablespoon
Egg - 3
Salt - a Pinch
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

Boil the eggs and slice them horizontally.
You will get at least 4 to 5 pieces from each egg. Take the largest slices from each egg.
Now take the crackers and spread the cream cheese evenly on the smooth surface.
Now keep one egg slice in the middle and sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper on top.
Prepare the remaining crackers in similar way and open faced egg cracker sandwich is ready.
