Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tsp olive oil
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1/2 chopped red bell pepper
  4. 1/2 chopped yellow bell pepper
  5. 1/2 chopped green capsicum
  6. 1 packet of mushroom (chopped in small pieces)
  7. 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic powder
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 1 tsp soya souce
  10. 1 tsp vinegar
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  12. 1 tsp sauce
  13. 1/2 tsp chili oregano sauce (optional- you can use only herbs)
  14. 2 tsp cornflour
  15. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  1. Take a pan
  2. Heat olive oil in pan, Add chopped onion, capsium, bell pepper and mushroom and saute for 3-4 mins.
  3. Add Ginger galic powder, salt soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, sauce and oregano sauce and mix well
  4. Add cornflour and mix very well
  5. Add 4 cup of water and bring to good boil. (takes 4-5 mins)
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves
  7. Now serve hot.
