ABOUT Paneer Pesto Sandwich RECIPE

It's a quick sandwich with an Italian touch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basil leaves - 2 cups
  2. Garlic cloves - 5
  3. Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  4. Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
  5. Mozzarella cheese - 3 tbsp
  6. Sandwich breads - 4
  7. Paneer (chopped in small square shape) - 100 gm
  8. Butter - 2 tbsp
  9. black pepper - 1 tsp
  10. Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixer add basil leaves, garlic cloves, olive oil (1 tbsp), cashew nuts, grated cheese, pinch of salt & black pepper. Make a fine paste.
  2. Take a pan, heat it. Add olive oil, lightly saute the chopped paneer pieces.
  3. In a bowl, add paneer & pesto sauce & mix it very well.
  4. Take the bread slices, apply butter on the top.
  5. Heat the skillet & toast it slightly.
  6. Place the paneer pesto in between two toasted bread slices& press it properly.
  7. Your paneer pesto sandwich is ready to serve .
