ABOUT Beetroot Chutney RECIPE

They are low in calories and a great source of nutrients, including fiber, folate and vitamin C

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oil - 2tsp
  2. 2-3 Dry red chilies
  3. 3 Cloves Garlic
  4. 1 Large Beetroot (peeled and chopped finely)
  5. 1 Tomato (Chopped finely)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tsp Tamarind Pulp


  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chilies and garlic and saute for couple of mins.
  2. Add Beetroot and tomatoes , saute this and cook for 5 to 8 mins till it is cooked.
  3. Remove this to a mixer and cool it and blend the same and make puree smoothly.
  4. Add salt and tamarind pulp, add water if needed. Mix properly.
  5. Now pour this in a bowl.
