Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gm Baby Corn (finally chopped)
  2. 1/4 red bell pepper (finally chopped)
  3. 1/4 yellow bell pepper (finally chopped)
  4. 3-4 tsp finally chopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 chopped tomato
  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1/4 tsp black salt
  9. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  10. 1/2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add chopped all vegetable and saute for 1-2 mins.
  3. Place on serving plate.
  4. Sprinkle black salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
