Mushroom soup is very tasty and healthy soup, Mushroom is rich in vitamin D.
Take a pan Heat oil.
Add chopped onion and mushroom and saute for 3-4 mins.
Add salt and pepper.
Take a 3/4 mixture and blend properly. ( I used soup maker to make soup).
Take out and add balance mixture and boil it.
Pour in soup bowl and add some cream (optional) and garnish with mint leaves and coriander leaves
SERVING: 4
