ABOUT Mint Dip (Vinegar Mint dip) RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  2. 1/4 cup caster sugar
  3. 2/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Place vinegar, sugar and 1/2 cup cold water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  2. Remove from heat. Add mint. Stir to combine. Cool to room temperature.
