Egg is very good for health. This salad is very good with vegetable and spices.

Egg salad

Ingredients to make Egg salad

  • 8-10 mushroom Button
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 spoon corn
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 tsp Bhuna jeera
  • 1/2 tsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp imli chutney
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/2 chicken seasoning

How to make Egg salad

  1. Wash all the vegetable and cut.
  2. Boil the eggs and cut in pieces and keep aside
  3. Steam all the vegetable.
  4. Cut the onion and tomato in small pieces
  5. Take a Bowl, add eggs, boiled vegetable, onion and tomatoes
  6. Add All masale, (bhuna jeera, black salt, black pepper, lemon juice, imli chutney, all seasoning, and coriander leaves)
  7. Mix well and serve.
